All Steplands products are designed, developed and manufactured in Spain.
We carry out several quality controls both in the production centre and on reception of the products to guarantee the quality and safety standards we demand as a brand.
For us, ethical business management means certifying that all our products have been created with criteria of responsibility and maximum compliance with Human Rights.
We have zero-tolerance policy for practices such as child labour, forced labour or failure to comply with appropriate wage policies.
Our espadrilles come in European sizes. To find out which size corresponds to you, please visit the "Size chart" section below the description of each product.
Espadrilles are not water friendly, so we advise you not to step on wet areas. The soles are made of braided jute fibers. As it is a vegetable fiber, it absorbs a lot of water and is difficult to dry. Therefore you must avoid contact with water. If they get wet by accident, we recommend leaving them in the sun until the jute sole is completely dry.
The upper canvas can be cleaned with a sponge soaked in soap and water. Leave to dry in the shade.
Do not wash. Do not dry clean. Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry.

All product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if there are difficulties in supplying them, or if there are no items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value. If you do not wish to place an order for these substitute products, we will refund any amount you have paid.
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content.
While we will do our best to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to process an order after the order confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to do so at any time, at our own discretion.
We shall not be responsible to any user or any third party for removing any product from this website, whether or not such product has been sold, removing or modifying any material or content on the website, or refusing to process an order once we have sent the order confirmation.
BUY
First you must select the item you wish to purchase. Click on the desired size, choose the color if there are different options and press the Add to Cart button.
Once added, go to the Cart, located at the top right of the screen.
Click on the Confirm button.
Fill in all the personal details so we can send you your order. Select shipping method and payment method (we recommend card payment)
Click on Buy Now and you will go directly to your bank's payment terminal (or to Paypal). Enter your credit card or PayPal details there.
Once the payment has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
You will receive your articles within the stipulated time.

In compliance with current legislation, STEPLANDS WORLD S.L. is obliged to charge VAT on all orders. The applicable VAT is the legal rate for each area. In the case of the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, VAT will be charged at 21% and IGIC at 3% for the Canary Islands.

Steplands products may not be purchased for resale.
Therefore, no purchase exceeding 1,000 euros or containing more than 10 items can be made.

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
European Union: 0€.
Islands (Canary, Azores and Madeira), Ceuta and Melilla: 30€.
USA and Canada: 30€ / Free from: 150€.
All other countries: consult.

Orders delivered in the UE have no duties, (except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), so you will not pay any extra fees or customs taxes. Consult info@steplands.com for shipments to other destinations.
For all other countries we ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will invoice you for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes charged by the country to which you are shipping.
If the customer refuses delivery due to import duties and fees, taxes or any other charges, the package will be destroyed or returned to sender. In this case, any additional charges incurred will be the the customer's responsability and the original order is NOT refundable.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, and a link, so you can track your order online.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped. Orders that have been returned due to an incorrect address may be resent at your expense.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, general delivery addresses or Poste Restante.
It depends on the destination. For orders within the UE the time limit will be up to 5 business days. Outside the UE, the deadline could be up to 16 days depending on the destination. You will be informed by e-mail of the details and delivery times.
Orders received on Friday afternoons, weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
We will only accept exchanges or returns of items that are in perfect condition, unused, including accessories and original packaging.
Steplands reserves the right not to accept changes or returns that do not meet these requirements.
European Union:

Islands (Canary, Azores and Madeira), Ceuta and Melilla: at customer's expense.
All other countries: at customer's expense.
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a change. Changes will only be accepted for items that are in perfect condition and include original packaging and accessories.
Items may only be exchanged for a different size or the same size in case of a defective item, and are subject to product stock availability.
If you wish to make an change for a different model, first the purchased item has to be returned and then a new order will be placed.
To request a change of size or model, write to us at info@steplands.com providing your details and we will arrange for the courier service to collect the product and deliver the new order.
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a return. Returns will only be accepted for items that are in perfect condition and include original packaging and accessories.
The transport for the return is at the expense of the customer. As soon as we receive the goods and check that everything is correct, we will refund you the corresponding amount with the same method of payment as the purchase was made.
